Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or hire Quality Lakeville Insulation Services, an insulation contractor in Lakeville, MN, for work on your home or building. By browsing the site, sending us a request or scheduling work, you agree to them.
If a written estimate or signed agreement for your job says something different from this page, the written document for your job controls. These terms were last updated in October 2026.
Who we are and what we do
Quality Lakeville Insulation Services is based in Lakeville, Minnesota, and works in Lakeville and the cities around it. We're licensed and insured. You can read more about our crew on the About page and see everything we offer from the home page.
Our work includes attic, wall, basement and crawl space insulation, blown-in and spray foam insulation, air sealing, vapor barriers and insulation removal. The services on this site describe what we usually do. The exact scope of your job is whatever your written estimate or agreement lists.
Estimates and pricing
Our estimates are free, done on site, and come with no obligation to hire us. We look at the space first because what's already there decides the work, like how many inches of old material are up there, whether it's dry and clean, and how many gaps need sealing before anything new goes in.
An estimate is based on what we can see and reach during the visit. If we find something once the job is open that changes the work, like wet or contaminated old insulation, pest damage or framing problems, we'll stop, show you, and agree on any change in price with you before we do the extra work.
Unless your estimate says otherwise, it stays good for 30 days because material prices change.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you and give you an idea of how long the crew will be at your house. Weather, material delivery and conditions found on the job can move a schedule, so we'll tell you as soon as we know about a change.
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas, including the attic hatch, crawl space or basement, and to clear stored items out of the way or let us know if you need help with that. For spray foam and some other products, you, your kids and your pets need to stay out of the house or the work area until the re-entry time, which is when it's safe to come back, set by the product maker. We'll tell you that time before we start.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (651) 268-6023 as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials for your job, your agreement may say you're responsible for those costs.
Payment
Your written estimate or agreement states the price, any deposit and when payment is due. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.
If a payment is late, we may pause further work until the account is current, and you'll be responsible for reasonable collection costs where Minnesota law allows it.
Our guarantee and warranty limits
We guarantee your satisfaction with our work. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and make it right under the terms of your written agreement.
Insulation products and materials carry the warranties their makers provide, and we'll pass those along to you. We don't give any other warranty, written or implied, beyond what this page and your agreement state, to the extent Minnesota law allows.
Our guarantee doesn't cover problems caused by things outside our work, like roof leaks, plumbing leaks, ventilation or ductwork we didn't install, later changes by someone else, pests, or damage from storms and other events we don't control.
Limits on our liability
To the extent Minnesota law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, like lost rent or business income.
We also aren't responsible for conditions that existed before we started and that we couldn't reasonably see, such as hidden moisture, mold, old wiring or framing damage behind finished surfaces. If we find any of these, we'll tell you so you can decide what to do.
Using this website
The information on this site is general and meant to help you understand insulation work. It isn't a quote or professional advice for your specific house, and only an on-site estimate can give you that.
We try to keep the site accurate, but we provide it as it is and don't promise it's free of errors or always available. The words, photos and design on this site belong to Quality Lakeville Insulation Services, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
Resolving disputes
If you have a problem with our work or a bill, please call us or reach us through the Contact page first. Most issues get settled with a conversation and a return visit, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
If we can't work it out together within 30 days, either of us may take the matter to a court located in Minnesota that has jurisdiction, including small claims court when the amount qualifies.
Governing law
These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the newest version will always be on this page. Changes don't affect a job you've already signed an agreement for unless we both agree in writing.
How to reach us
If you have a question about these terms, call Quality Lakeville Insulation Services at (651) 268-6023 or send us a message from the Contact page. We respond within 1 business day.
